Orders
Placing an order reserves your treatment for the payment window shown at checkout (48 hours by default). Orders without a payment receipt after that time are cancelled automatically.
Payments
We accept Zelle® and bank transfer. Include your order number in the payment memo and upload your receipt on your order page. Payments are verified manually, usually within one business day. Your order is confirmed only after we verify the payment.
Prepaid treatments and medical evaluation
Neuromodulators are prescription medications. A purchase is a prepaid treatment that is administered only after a consultation and good faith exam. If the provider determines that a treatment is not appropriate for you, that treatment is refunded in full. Final units are determined at your consultation; differences are adjusted with a balance or a partial refund.
Appointments
We confirm the time of your visit after payment. Please see our Refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
Service area
We serve the areas listed on our site. Orders from outside the service area are reviewed and may be cancelled and refunded.
